1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all memberships, transactions, agreements and use of wellness and fitness services offered by Vitology, located at Turnhoutsebaan 330, 2970 Schilde, registered in Belgium with company number BE0790558215 and VAT number BE0790558215. 1.2 By using the services or facilities of Vitology (“Member” or “Customer”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
2.1 “Services” refers to fitness programs, personal training, group classes, wellness consultations and other related services offered by Vitology. 2.2 “Products” refers to fitness equipment, clothing, supplements or other goods sold by Vitology. 2.3 “Membership” refers to the contractual arrangement that grants access to Vitology’s facilities and services. 2.4 “Party” or “Parties” refers to Vitology and/or the Member.
3. Application of the Terms
3.1 These Terms apply to all offers, memberships, orders, agreements and services, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. 3.2 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed in writing by both Parties.
4. Memberships, Offers and Acceptance
4.1 Memberships are personal and non-transferable, unless expressly agreed otherwise. 4.2 Vitology’s offers are non-binding and subject to availability. Promotional offers may contain specific conditions. 4.3 An agreement is concluded when Vitology confirms the Member’s registration or begins providing the services.
5. Prices, Payment and Cancellation
5.1 All prices are in EUR, inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated. 5.2 Membership fees are due monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan, and must be paid in advance. 5.3 Members can cancel their membership with a notice period of [number] days, depending on the minimum membership period as specified in their agreement. 5.4 For late payments, the statutory interest rate in Belgium applies, plus any collection costs.
6. Use of Facilities and Services
6.1 Members must comply with all published rules and instructions from Vitology staff when using the facilities. 6.2 Vitology reserves the right to deny access or terminate memberships for unsafe, disruptive behavior or violation of these Terms. 6.3 Members are responsible for ensuring their medical fitness for participation in physical activities. Vitology is not liable for injuries resulting from Member participation.
7. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers)
7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from a membership agreement within 14 days of registration without giving a reason, in accordance with Belgian law. 7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Vitology in writing via welcome@vitology.be. 7.3 Refunds for withdrawal are subject to deduction for services already provided.
8. Complaints and Warranty
8.1 Complaints about facilities, services or products must be reported within [number] days of the problem arising. 8.2 Vitology provides warranty for products as required by Belgian law. Fitness services are provided on a best-efforts basis, without guarantee of specific results.
9. Liability
9.1 Vitology’s liability is limited to direct damage caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. 9.2 Vitology is not liable for injuries, accidents or property loss on its premises, unless caused by gross negligence. 9.3 Any claim must be filed within one year of the incident giving rise to liability.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property rights relating to Vitology’s programs, materials and branding remain the exclusive property of Vitology. 10.2 Members may not copy, modify or distribute Vitology’s materials without prior written consent.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Vitology processes personal data in accordance with Belgian and EU GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information. 11.2 By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described.
12. Termination
12.1 Either Party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other Party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy this within [number] days. 12.2 Vitology may terminate the agreement immediately if the Member engages in illegal activities or violates facility rules.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 Vitology is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes or government measures. 13.2 If such events persist for more than [number] days, either Party may terminate the agreement.
14. Applicable Law and Competent Court
14.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Belgian law. 14.2 The courts of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.

15.1 Vitology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Members via email. 15.2 Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
